Province of Alberta Mandates QR codes for proof of Vaccination

We are not changing anything that was already in place, we are just reminding you of the new requirements from the Province regarding acceptable proof of vaccination.

*All spectators 12+ MUST have the QR code in order to enter any of our enclosed facilities that required the proof of vaccination prior.
*All participants 18+ must have the QR code in order to enter any of our enclosed facilities that required the proof of vaccination prior.

QR codes CAN be printed or on a device, and you still MUST have a copy of a government issued ID.
*does not have to be a picture ID but must have the same name and birthdate as on the QR code.
*You can take a picture of your ID and keep it in your favourites folder on your phone with your vaccination records so that it is easy to find and all in one place.* That way if you don’t have a wallet with you, you can just have your phone.

Other accepted forms of vaccine records accepted: Please see attached picture

*Just as before, if you are not using the ORA facilities, or the SSSR change rooms or washrooms, this is not required. *

You can still enter the facilities with a negative rapid or PCR taken within 72 hours or another government accepted exemption. See attached picture for approved exemption.

If you or anyone you know is unable to access internet or a computer to print the record they can visit a local registry and have it printed for FREE.

Here is the link to access the QR code: https://covidrecords.alberta.ca/form

I’m just sending this out to remind everyone and so that there are NO surprises to anyone with ice times booked today and going forward if anyone is turned away at the door for not having this document.

Adult leagues please make sure that everyone is aware and understands.

If you have any further questions please reach out to the arena.
