Photo ContestWHAT MAKES BLACK DIAMOND A UNIQUE & BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO LIVE, WORK & PLAY? Our 2009-2010 photo contest was very successful at depicting the amazing "quality of life" that cool little town Black Diamond, Alberta possess. The town itself is distinct, with it's Historic Alberta Main Street, hosting an array of neat businesses and collection of unique pocket gardens. The Sheep River, the campground and the community garden all add significance to our green spaces. The wildlife and scenic beauty that you can find in and around Black Diamond is astonishing. Thank you to all of the contestants who submitted photo entries. We now have a fabulous library of pictures from all around the Diamond Valley region. Keep posted for our next photo contest. It's focus will be on events that happen in the Diamond Valley region, both new and annual events. So start your collection now and we will post the details here soon.
